The Town of Cottesloe and the Shire of Peppermint Grove are jointly preparing a Precinct Structure Plan for the Cottesloe Activity Centre. Consultation concluded on Friday, 8 September 2023. Further consultation will take place in 2024.

Coastal Hazard Risk Management and Adaptation Plan

The Town of Cottesloe is preparing its first ever Coastal Hazard Risk Management and Adaptation Plan (CHRMAP). This will identify key assets along the coast and determine what measures the Town can take to preserve them against the impact of coastal hazards.
